(the "Company") is a development stage enterprise established to acquire certain technology and the rights to a U.S. patent application and several pending foreign patent applications for an analog video distribution communications system designed to provide real-time, interactive video to and from a desktop personal computer over local and wide area networks ("VIDEOLAN Technology"). Since inception, the Company has primarily been engaged in research and development.
