Huawei may pull out of U.S. amid Cisco dispute-report (CSCO) By Allen Wan
Huawei Technologies may pull of the U.S. market by the end of the year as part of an out-of-court settlement with Cisco Systems (CSCO) , which has accused China's largest telecom equipment company of intellectual property copyright infringement, the South China Morning Post reported, citing a "well-placed source." Huawei, which doesn't have much of a U.S. presence anyway, would instead focus on other overseas markets such as Brazil, South America and Russia, the report said. Huawei couldn't be immediately reached for comment.
