Maybe you can answer this?
Why is it that a patient isn't given a price break when paying cash before leaving the office? No insurance forms to submit, cash at the end of the appointment.

BTW, <<we do what we need to do to help those less fortunate than ourselves>> not to toot my horn but a lot of my health care is covered by the VA at a minimal charge and in turn I give a portion of my profits (if there are any ;-) to my pulmonary doctor who is one of the best in the NW and a teaching professor at the U of W for his student research foundation, some who donate their time (1 year) here and in Africa.

It's good to have an "Atitude of Gratitude".
