I saw a lot of that going down in Texas. Things have become much worse for the people here since Rove met the Bushes. You can hardly drive through the traffic jams for all the people begging at the corners now. In another cost move the Republicans under Rove protegee Perry, propose moving another category of mentally ill on the streets with no support, no medicine, and no supervision (closing what are euphamisticly called the "state schools"). Every month or two it is something else. In the mean time all the apartment complexes are converting to "gated communities" because of the large increases in crime. Texas got a head start on Bush compassion, but it is coming to the nation as a whole.
