"People have opinions. Collective peoples have opinions. The nature of thinking involves choosing. People choose whatever furthers their survival. "Right" and "wrong" are relative concepts. Ask the grass; ask the cow; or ask yourself..."

<<If they want to do it and can get away with it; why would it be wrong?>>

To which you answered by breaking into a rendition of "feel-ings...nothing more than feeeeeeeelings"

"It would be wrong because people do not like being run over and killed. Their families don't like them being run over and killed; their friends don't like them being run over and killed; and the people in the community don't like them being run over and killed. The person doing the driving may not think it is wrong, but his or her opinion will carry very little weight if he or she is caught."

Again; If they want to do it and can get away with it; why would it be wrong?

Why not just be honest and as well as consistent. There is no right or wrong in your system and if you can avoid unwanted consequences then anything goes, it's simply preference. You use the words "right and wrong" but you change their meaning and thereby render them useless for communicating moral reality. Opinion, preference and feeling are all you have.
