My wife buys me St. Pauli Girl beer instead of Sam Adams because it's $2 cheaper for 12 bottles. I like both equally. Would it be more patriotic for her to buy from a USA company that tries to charge higher prices than a foreign company that sells an equivalent product cheaper. Perhaps, it's more unpatriotic of the USA company to try to sell its wares at inflated prices than it is for my wife to buy German beer at a good price. After all, it is all supply and demand in a free economy, isn't it?
