Text of Shareholder Meeting: loral.com Bernie appears to be in rare form: The fact is that we have a relationship with Alcatel, a very contentious one, over a long period of time. It's a mixed bag. They are our customer, we are their customer, they are our partner, they are our competitor, we hate each other but aside from that. I mean it is a very incestuous relationship and a contentious one. Lots more of those type of statements. Overall a gloomy S/H meeting. All proposals passed, (was I the only one ot protest vote "NO" on all the items?) will be interesting to see ho BLS manages to give away the newly authorized shares to his cronnies. Jeff Vayda
