OT: You are making this far too complicated. I am saying AMAT will fall from these levels unless INTC indicates something that will be positive enough for itself, the SOX and AMAT in its guidance. How far it will fall depends on a lot of factors that have nothing to do with INTC. INTC's guidance will simply be the excuse for the selling if it does not have a positive enough update tomorrow night. That being said 14 seems like it should be a good spot for the stock to consolidate unless the broader market breaks down. JMHO, RtS
