Nanda et al,

I just load up today with IMRS at 32 1/2 and 32 5/8. I am undecided on what to do with my CBSL shares in the short term. A secondary may push the stock higher as it gets more promotion from the underwriters and the company may release more news to support the stock. At the same time, a secondary has a negative image of dilluting the stock (even though it's minor in the case of CBSL). I am just thinking out loud that IMRS may look more attractive than CBSL at this moment but then holding both IMRS and CBSL will provide more diversification in Y2K companies with Indian connection.

Anyone feels confident with me that CBSL will be in the high 40s by year end? (70+% appreciation). If that's the case, heck I just hold on to the CBSL shares long term and ignore the short term fluctuation.

Mike.
