Let me pose you equally valid and enlightening questions:

The question is not, "why did he have sex with Monica", but, "why did he have sex with Monica first, before having sex with all the other interns"?

This is the crucial question, in deciding whether having sex with Monica (and then lying about it), is acceptable behavior for Presidents.

What is the definition of 'high crimes and...'?
