<<who will end up paying for this tax break for the rich>> It seems clear enough that the money for the tax break must be borrowed. It is most likely that we will borrow the money from people in foreign countries such as China. Ironic isn't it? We borrow money from relatively poor Chinese to give money to rich people in America -- and Bob can get away with saying that the money belonged to the rich people in the first place so it does not matter what is really going in in the real world. In the real world, people pay taxes to pay for services. Bob thinks the services are free. They are not. They must be paid for. By borrowing the money instead of paying taxes now, the tax and debt burden is transferred to our children -- what a great plan. Borrow from the Chinese and let our children owe them the money, plus interest, while pretending that it was "ours" to spend twice all along.
