twfolwer,

If I were to hate someone or thing is that a crime if I never commit a conventional crime?

It really does look like thought police to me.

Which Ted and others should be wary of since they already have issues with the patriot act, lump hate on top and we can arrest every Muslim in the USA for hating "americans" can't we? Even if they never went to al qaeda training camps, we just need them to utter one hateful remark.

Or is Ted thinking only whites are capable of hate crimes?

What about Seattle Mardi Gra?
(black on white)

What about LA riots (Reginald Denny) ?
(black on white)

We should be able to clean out college campuses and Hollywood directors across the USA for calling Bush a terrorist, what a hateful remark.

Maybe we need a Passion Crime bill, so all crimes of passion or passionately committed crimes receive an extra dollop of justice.

I wonder if Bill Clinton, could have committed a passion crime?

Or did he just hate having sex with his wife? Could that be a hate crime?
