Historically (back to 1962), the SPX has certainly had monthly runs longer than we've had so far. There was one of 9 months 1982-1983, which everyone denied for quite some time, since it followed the fun 1970s. Other than that, there were 12 runs longer than 4 months. Not too many.

We've certainly got room to move right on up. Seems there will have to be some FA support before we challenge that 9 month record.
