I thought the press release was a little ambiguous also. However, some people are having problems with the currently approved MS drugs. People build up antibodies to Betaseron & Avonex after awhile. When this happens the drugs lose their effectiveness. Some people are made worse when started on the interferons.Some people have side effects with Copaxone. Since Myloral is so safe, if it has the possiblity to help some MS people, I believe it could qualify for fast track approval. Just my humble speculation.
