Hi LindyBill; Re: "Have you no shame?"
Typical.
The search for WMDs collapse. The US attempt to get the Iraqi people to love us fails miserably. The US is forced to reinforce its occupation troops only a few weeks into a war that was supposed to be winding down with only half the troops left now. The US gets its ass thrown out of Turkey and Saudi Arabia. A half dozen young Americans get shot daily in the pursuit of Bush (and your) silly dream of teaching the Arabs a lesson.
And what topic do you choose to bring up? That I didn't think that Bush was stupid enough to bring all this crap down on his head.
What amazes me is that you're able to suggest that I'm the one depressed. Maybe you haven't realized that all that blood, and the gallons of blood that remains to be let, is on your hands.
But all you can talk about is how Bilow didn't think we'd have a war.
Here, let me see if I can give you a sense of shame. One week's (May 29th to June 4th) casualty (death) report from Iraq:
DOD Identifies Army Casualty Sgt. Atanacio Haromarin, 27, of Baldwin Park, Calif defenselink.mil
DOD Identifies Army Casualty Sgt. Keman L. Mitchell, 24, of Hilliard, Fla. defenselink.mil
DOD Identifies Marine Casualty Sgt. Jonathan W. Lambert, 28, of Newsite, Miss. defenselink.mil
DOD Identifies Army Casualties Spc. Zachariah W. Long, 20, of Milton, Pa., Spc. Michael T. Gleason, 25, of Warren, Pa., and Spc. Kyle A. Griffin, 20, of Emerson, N.J. defenselink.mil
DOD Identifies Army Casualty Staff Sgt. Kenneth R. Bradley, 39, of Utica, Miss. defenselink.mil
DOD Identifies Army Casualty Spc. Jose A. Perez III, 22, of San Diego, Texas defenselink.mil
DOD Identifies Army Casualty Staff Sgt. Michael B. Quinn, 37, of Tampa, Fla. defenselink.mil
Jesus weeps. Our guys are taking dying at a sustained rate that has not been exceeded since 1978 and all you can f'ing talk about is how Bilow predicted that this mess wouldn't get started because he thought that Bush had two neurons available to put a thought together with.
Our newspapers are ignoring the steady casualties now, but by the time the elections pick up, this is going to be the only thing people talk about. That and how Bush lied his way into a failing war.
