Millennium restructuring.

That seems to be the right thing to do. They have got their blockbuster now, which they should be able to ride for a couple of years.

So, it is time to transform the company (again) and start to try to look more like any normal biopharma without the heavy front-load in the research departments.

I believe the two newcomers in the management group - Kailian and Bate have a lot to do with this move. They bring experiences from real companies running profitable operations.
