Just being conservative and realistic.. I guess I am not a promoter. :) I do let the drill tell the tale..

I have had so many projects start out great and then nothing could be tied together.. So .......

But that doesn't dampen my enthusiasm for the project, especially with those kind of intercepts in that prolific environment.
