Jim, Well written response...I agree with the upcoming trading range scenario...already seeing it frustrate both the bears and the bulls...the economic fundamentals are continuing to worsen in my opinion...Bushy and team will pull out all stops for 2004 election...an island of hope and well being will definitely be with us...after that... Housing market in my area is now very volatile...prices are all over the place...there is a high rise condo in our area, 9th floor unit with 2BR&2B sold for $425K...the 3BR&2.5B on the 6th floor sold for $725K (AFTER)...yes, I agree these prices are outrageous...in our less-affluent area, we priced our much-less-affluent unit $20K under our neighbor's...then another under-priced us by $20K...then someone else priced $20K over everyone...crazy...saw this before in early 90's can't wait to get this baby sold...
