Hi Bill
"What exactly does "getting away with something" mean in this context?"

It means not getting caught by someone who can do something to you that you don't "like" like throw you in jail.

"One can use the terms right and wrong in the same sense as any other relative terms like left and right. Just because there is no absolute direction named "left" doesn't mean that "go left" doesn't have meaning in context. Hence there really is no confusion when someone says "murder is wrong"."

I think you are confusing your categories a bit. Left is certainly a relative term. Could anyone really say "left is wrong"? Left is descriptive while murder is a moral pronouncement. Murder is morally evil. Absent a true and real morality, one that is true for all people at all times, the word murder is meaningless. You can say murder is left, but you might as well say "hwluihs is kuhefo" the terms are meaningless. If there is no real right or wrong why continue to use them to assuage a guilty conscience. Guilty of what? If everything is reduced to impersonal atoms or whatever is the lowest common denominator, then one big pile of atoms abusing another little pile of atoms, has no more moral meaning than the grains of sand on a beach grinding one-another to pieces.

The truth is we can't and won't live like that because we are personal, moral beings, created in the image of a Personal, Moral, Creator. If your philosophy can't explain the way the world is, then it is probably not true, don't you think?

Have a lsdv'ia day Bill :)
