actually in one sense its worse than you think its not 400k but 40k. the insider trading charge would be bogus IF she was not a director of the NYSE @ the time. I actually like and respect Martha. Not easy to create and build a company but she made the clasic mistake of not fessing up and digging a deeper hole. You have the DA's looking to make a name for themselves. Remember Guiliano with Miliken.
