v16:22 ET MRCY Mercury Computer CFO resigns; reaffirms Q4 guidance (21.78 +0.35)
Announces that its chief financial officer John Alexander, II will resign from the company effective June 27, 2003 and that corporate controller and chief accounting officer, Joseph M. Hartnett, will assume CFO duties on an interim basis; sees Q4 revs of $43-$46 mln, EPS $0.16-$0.20 per share -- Reuters Research consensus estimates are $0.18 per share and $44.7 mln respectively.
