If its any consolation, look at a recent price chart of ATPG, and notice where the stock went when they did a 4M share private placement (started talking to investors in mid March, closed in early May), and then where the stock has gone since.

I dumped ATP stock all during the downdraft because I didn't know what was going on. This time I'm not gonna fall for that BS.
