Hi wstera_02; Re: "UNSCOM reported to the UN Security Council in April 1995 that Iraq had concealed its biological weapons program and had failed to account for 3 tons of growth material for biological agents."
Uh, that was in 1995, not 2003. The rest of your note is similarly dated.
But you're avoiding the real issue, which is "what did Bush and Blair know, and when did they know it?"
That Bush and Blair knew that Iraq had WMDs in 1995 is a given. We all knew that. But what Bush and Blair said in 2003 was that they were certain (due to secret reports that only they were privy to read) that Iraq still had WMDs.
So the question is this. Did Bush and Blair know for a fact that Iraq had WMDs in March 2003, or did they not? So far, all you've shown is that everyone knew that Iraq had WMDs in 1995, and various other dates long preceding the time at issue.
We all knew that Iraq had WMDs in the Iran/Iraq war. This was common knowledge. What was not common knowledge was the assurance that Iraq still had them in 2003. You've showed zero proof of this. Absolutely zero.
Instead, the apologists for Bush can only continue to beat the dead horse. Is it dead yet? Is your arm at least getting tired?
Look, I already know that most people are fools, and being fools, they found the evidence that Iraq had WMDs in 1995 to be proof positive that they had them in 2003. But Bush and Blair claimed to have extra evidence, stuff that was not available to everybody who read the newspapers.
What was that evidence, and where is it now?
