I agree with you to some extent. John has financial savvy--I specifically refer to it. He has had good insights into the options issue. Nevertheless, I find it incredible that anyone has the temerity of making so unabashedly damning forecasts while exhibiting such little technical knowledge. We decipher earnings reports, listen to earnings conferences, labor over IPR issues, track ASIC capabilities, handset forecasts, etc., none of which I've seen John acknowledge or discuss. The future of Q lies in those pesky hard-to-learn details which I don't pretend to have mastered, though I assure you I'm far ahead of John. To put it bluntly, I'm not impressed by someone telling me my investment is going to hell in a handbasket unless he exhibits some understanding of those issues.
