Hi Harry, I tried a new approach – rotating 5 stocks long and short. I have a list of 80 volatile stocks to pick from. I sort the list by how fast each stock is moving. Speed is determined using a 30 min EMA. If the top stock is going up I buy, if it moves down I short. If a stock moves against me by one percent – its closed. Today I ended the day 12% plus on my portfolio. I’ll use the technique until it breaks. Traded MIR, AMR, FMT, OSIP, JDAS SSYS, MXT, FFH, ELN, ABGX, FWHT today. This market is nuts. I opened a new Canadian Ameritrade account -- they will be happy. It is the best online brokerage I could find in Canada - no option trades though and only trades on US exchanges. Lawrence.
