bush is out touting the necessity of the dividend tax cut so the poor seniors living off dividends won't starve. uh, that's a lie. there are no poor senior living off dividends. Well, since those are your words and not Bush's, I guess that makes it your lie. BTW, some 26 million taxpayers, including 7 million seniors, will save on their taxes this year due to the cap gains and dividend tax cuts. Even if you back out the "super elite wealthy" democrats, it still rounds to 26 million people.
