Re: NEOM's merger, I guess they could have news out in the near future, but I don't see the merger actually taking place for a little while yet. For one thing, they've got to get the proxy sent out to all the shareholders, and it takes a few weeks to get all the votes counted. Also, what with the new BBX exchange coming out in 3rd quarter, it's likely that NEOM will be a part of that, and it'll have increased credibility as a result.

From what I've read, Loch Energy is essentially using the merger in lieu of an IPO, so I expect they're going to want the PPS to be as high as possible before the merger goes through. As such, it would make more sense (to me) for the merger to take place sometime around October. In the meantime, I expect to hear better and better news from both companies -- and to see a steadily increase in the PPS.
