Personally, I think an Oracle purchase of PSFT would shore up Oracle's application business that you have mentioned is not up to snuff, but I will admit my knowledge of the industry is pretty limited compared to yours. Also, I would think strengthening Oracle's apps business is not particularly good news for SEBL, but SEBL appears to be rallying on the news. What do you think? Regards, Huey
