I've been working on establishing a very small amount of AQQ.

biz.yahoo.com

D/E is very high (5.93/1 per Yahoo). They're losing money, and the company is in transition trying to sell non-core assets. Apparently only recently have they even agreed on what their core business might be.

I've bought shares because of insider buying. John Galardi, a beneficial owner, agreed to buy shares by giving up his AQQ bonds. And he assumes a position on the BOD. This appears to me to be a way for Mr. Galardi to protect his investment. (I'm doing this from memory; anybody interested in the stock please confirm this info. for yourself.) I like that Mr. Galardi gave up the relative safety of his bonds for the stock. (Or maybe neither are safe?) Also there have been small but persistent direct purchases by Mr. Carden, the chairman.

At current price, buyers get the stock at lower prices than these gentlemen. I'll get on the boat with them and hope for a positive move in the stock in the next year or so.
