Gary: A reverse split is bad news plain and simple. I think it's a last ditch effort to save them from being dropped from nasdaq. If the stock wasn't so diluted to begin with, and the company could show a respectable EPS, a split wouldn't be neccessary. This time next year if the split does occur, the price will drop back to it's present levels. I have yet to see a reverse split that has been good for the shareholders, they almost always lose big.
