Job numbers are just fine. It is to be expected and now we can continue into a very good recovery. They key in the job report is the fact that the jobs always are a lag. Companies don't hire until they feel the heavy pinch of not enough staff to fill orders. The orders are on the rise and the jobs will follow by 2nd quarter next year.

A key paragraph in the job report was...

The rate was up one-tenth of a percentage point from April, peaking at a level not seen since the country was <font color=red>emerging from the last recession</font>, the Labor Department reported Friday.
