No, Clinton only embarked on a campaign of shameless self-preservation, image-over-substance, and lukewarm military responses that only emboldened Saddam and Al Qaeda.

I guess that's why we are pulling our soldiers out of Saudi Arabia which Wolfowitz gave as a huge reason for the attack on Iraq and added as being a major irritant to Al Queda. Clinton did these things...LOL
