make sure you have the latest 6/7 defs. then, can you scan the quarantined file again? reason i ask is, i don't think that a full system scan will touch the quarantined file, and you might have to see if right-click scan works.

some folks have suggested that with the latest defs, the iun6002.exe file is not being flagged.

also, you can submit it to Kaspersky Online single file ( kaspersky.com ) scanner. if they give it a thumb's up, i say it's a false positive.
