Ish, Time to face facts. Re: So maybe you'd prefer he ignore the problem and quit giving aid to Israel? In April, Bush quietly gave $9 Billion in loan guarantees to Sharon, who is busily spending the money on destroying the West Bank and Gaza and creating a Hell on Earth for the rightful owners of these two miserable lands. That's right, Bush is immorally aiding and abetting the illegal occupation regime that is a clear violation of the Geneva Conventions on occupied territories. Bush is completely one-sided and partisan in the matter of Israel's immorality. He's supporting it. We most certainly should quit giving aid to Israel. Then Sharon and the other fascists he runs with would necessarily need to re-examine their rapacious theft of land, water and a decent future from their victims, the Palestinians. -R.
