Almost all of the funding for Al Qaeda comes from the different Arab nations. The Arab countries financed the attack against America, knew it was coming, and hoped that it would cripple American resolve and power in the world. The Arab nations didn't figure on President Bush being a strong leader, and they certainly didn't expect Bush to raise America up from that horrible attack and kick ass! Bush is an amazingly strong and intelligent leader.
