Hi Jay - I'm re-evaulating MIR. Feels like the the holders of the common will get some kind of big dilution -OR the banks may decide they need to make an example of somebody so they can get better terms on the other deal they have to do.

Not ready to bail yet, but will be looking for an exit between $3.50 -$4.00.

I'm waiting for the UP part of the news game to begin...should be in the next 10 days.

***********

I recently bought some KCS to add to my TMR and CWEI. All have big increases in NG production and lots of debt. Rapidly increasing cash flow pays down debt, allow more drilling and retained profit. Even if gas goes down to $4.50, these companies get well quick. Last year they were selling gas at $2.40, today close to $5.00 and heading higher.

Most important, production volume is heading UP, with recent discoveries at KCS & TMR, recent acquisitions at CWEI.

Looking to 2X my money by January On these three.
