My comment:
This brings the road map to a dead end.
Abbas cannot deliver a cease-fire.
Which means the Israelis will not dismantle a single settlement, or withdraw their army.
And Bush will not put any pressure on the Israelis to do anything, in the absence of a cease-fire.
Full stop.
