Iraq didn't use any. And the US / Britain, despite offering rewards of $200,000 (which is a lot of money if you've just lost your job in a regime change), haven't found any either.

Bush is saying to wait, they're going to find some soon.

What he really means to say is "wait, you'll forget about this soon".
