what is interesting is about this thread is the 600+ bookmarks and utterly no response after the first post in 5 months. I just looked up Q today as my husband is about to inherit all the ATT spinoffs from 1984 on. My father in law just let them sit for 20 years and left the shares with each company just collecting the divis. What a mess to consolidate. I'm deciding which to sell, which to keep. 18 positions in all. Q is on my discard list at this point. MP
