Joanie, your initial question was about SIRI short term. Not looking beyond next week, there's a 75 million share offering. Start with the price per share of this offering. Note that the price is lower than the current market price.

It is logical that there will be price weakness in the stock, at least initially at the time of the offering. If the offering goes off well, it will be perceived as new institutional interest and the stock price should continue rising. Upside target is 3.75. Visa versa - downside risk is to the 1.30 area.
