Al, What hypocrites are you talking about? John Warner, a republican, has been the first to call for an investigation.

Hypocrites? Try Tom Daschle, John Kerry, Bob Graham, and the rest of the usual suspects.

As for John Warner, he like John McCain are calling for investigations only because they believe Bush didn't lie. They aren't jumping to conclusions; in fact, because they believe Bush has nothing to hide, they're going along with the investigations:

You'll notice in that article that a California Democrat, Jane Harman, also claimed that a strong case has been made in classified briefings.
