Hi PJ; VUPDA is 3-5/8 , it't surprise me if there is any more down side..in fact when I saw it under $4 I was surprised..cheapest I ever got it before was around $4-1/4. I might exit 1/2 at 5-1/2 and the other half will depend on news. VUPDA is more liquid than MOOV..but if they are going to give 1.1 share for MOOV, then I don't understand why MOOV isn't already higher. Any way I got 800 of VUPDA and 1300 MOOV, and I'm ready to sit on them for 3 to 6 months, maybe more. Jim
