Yeah it seemed to have an effect so I guess this year's build will be telling... Export to Mexico.. I'm still waiting for a stink bid on Vermillion to come through. May need to finally pony up, we'll see. (Jay note this too) They have a litigation issue outstanding with the French government over taxes for a couple of millions I believe. Don't have all the details. Can't figure if this is built in to the price yet but I somehow doubt it. regards Kastel
