If a man is poor, he should be hard at work, improving his miserable financial condition. What if a poor man is unable to find a suitable job ? (suitable defined very loosely). I have lived in countries, where it was easier to collect unemployment for life than work a job where the person found it unsuitable. Who foots the bills ? - the tax payers. Who does not get tax benefits ? - the guy on the dole.
