You folks are just full of cheery thoughts this morning. Might as well join in:

There's a 16 page section on the real estate bubble in the 5/31 Economist. Two points combined are a little scary. First, they forecast a 10% drop in US home prices over the next four years. Second, they point out that 21% of US houses sold last year had mortgages of over 90% to value. Put them together and in four years, one in five houses sold last year could be worth less than the debt on it.
