i had to pay a 5K dollar prepay penalty 3 weeks ago (when i sold my house)..but i sold my house at full price. :) I don't know. I was desperate when i took out the loan a year and half ago. I think what it's going to take is real fear stuck in those banking guys. Because right now they just feeling all fat and happy and kicking everybodies ass to the curb. BWDIK then the pyramid crumbles..
