Andy, re: Barlage's downgrade, You have an interesting theory (ie. Barlage's downgrade is actually intended to make the Street bullish on INTC to enable Fido to dump INTC - but of course you are too smart and so have seen through this racket). Well, I have an alternate theory - how about the Street actually intends you to see through their racket and thus their intention is the opposite to what you have so smartly guessed => they'll make you dump INTC at low prices while FIDO loads up, Out of the world, right.
