I expect eventually China and other Asian countries will find unbearable to sell at current prices in falling USD. This will cause massive price inflation in US, but in fact it will kill a lot of US demand in imported goods which will cause massive unemployment and deflation. When US housing falls it will be extremely deflationary.
Now please tell me where I'm wrong.

EDIT. Damn I missed a few doses of my daily Prozac.
