DCI has made tremendous gains over the last year. Several new divisions have been added. Cyberfax, DCI UK (formerly Crossmain LTD.), CARDCALL Canada and CARDCALL UK. All these divisions have added a vast amount to the bottom line. Evidence of this is shown in the latest 8-K. DCI has posted two straight quarters of profits. Revenues are expanding at an accelerating pace with the first quarter of FY 97 being more than all of FY 96. It will be interesting to see what revenues will be by the end of FY 97 (March 31,98). STRATFORD, Conn., July 24 /PRNewswire/ -- DCI Telecommunications, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: DCTC), an international supplier of long distance
telephone services, prepaid cellular and telephone cards, today reported
results for the first quarter ended June, 30, 1997.

First quarter net income increased to $70,000 or one cent per share compared
with a net loss of $137,000 or four cents per share for the comparable period
a year ago. Worldwide consolidated revenue totaled $3,114,000, compared with

Joseph J. Murphy, president and chief executive officer of DCI, said,
"Overall, we're very pleased with these first quarter results. Our mergers
and acquisitions have proved very beneficial and, in fact, were mainly
responsible for our second profitable quarter.

"In addition, during the quarter we signed marketing agreements with several
key niche marketers which when fully operational we believe will provide
strong revenue growth. These agreements are representative of our growth
strategy of forming marketing partnerships to target businesses and consumers
not well-served or actively pursued by the supercarriers," concluded Murphy.

DCI Telecommunications is an international supplier of telephone services
including long distance service, cards and prepaid cellular. The company has
