By her own admission they sure did reach the wrong conclusion...indeed, if they still find stored WMD from past days, it sure seems fair to say now that this was not an active program...notwithstanding the two delapidated trucks they found in the desert, which experts are now debunking.

While, by all appearances, it looks like they've lied, its unusual that they are all in on the lie. Liars don't usually trust so many people to keep the lie.

Either they got caught in their own hype, or they're all dumb like Bush, or they thought that there was a good chance that WMD still existed and took a calculated risk that's now back firing.
